Why do they annouce power outages on the telli?
well, i quickly flicked topic and came up with this picture quickly enough. looks like this person has pretty much answered the question so...no much need for my input. :)
but i'll give it anyway. LOL
why do they announce outages AFTER they happen? because someone might be watching. and that someone needs to know. they might be able to tell someone why the power went out. they might have back up power and think, 'gee, i wonder why the power went out? are we under alien attack?' but see, if they have some way, any way at all, to watch the news they can find out and rest easy. it's just a storm, or ... a terrorist attack or... something. lol
